High voltage electrical sub-assembly plant management

In addition to implementing high-voltage (up to 800,000V) safe working procedures, we provided our client with information and guidance on safe working practices and assessment on all specialist aspects such as Noise, Air monitoring, Radiation, Hazardous substance control, and provided Construction Design Management CDM Project supervisors for their new factory project.

We provided auditing followed by an action plan including regular assessments across the high voltage test and servicing areas. With many hazardous electrical elements to manage, the company took guidance on space planning for engineers and guarding for test hazards. We were also able to airborne monitor conditions for workers in addition to providing other COSHH controls, training and air ventilation LEV solutions. With a presence on the client safety council, we continue to provide update and support for the company.

Power press and printing plant line management
The client manufactures products using high powered pressing machinery operating at excessive noise levels - in addition to operating a printing process shop at the same site. Having carried out a corporate risk audit, we implemented successful safety management programmes including the training of staff and management in safety and specialist noise programmes and workplace inspection and improvement action planning. We also implemented engineering solutions for ventilation safety.
